RolePoint is a recruitment platform, where the pipeline is driven by employee referrals. Now it’s easier than ever create “buzz” around the office and have employees talk about your referral program on a daily basis. First, we find out what motivates your employees to make referrals and setup campaigns based around financial rewards, charitable donations, and social recognition. Our technology allows your recruitment team to target & engage with your employees, asking them to refer to the most relevant 3-5 open requisitions. Once your employees make a referral, your recruitment team will be notified to follow-up within 48 hours. Each recruiter will also receive a daily digest of referrals. Throughout the entire process, your employees will be kept “in the know” by simply viewing their referrals pipeline. Candidate experience is seamless, since they’re given a warm introduction to the role from your employees. Through RolePoint, they are able to see rich media content per your culture and the person they’ll be speaking with at the next level. When candidates apply, they will be directed towards your ATS to complete the application process. RolePoint optimizes employee engagement, candidate experience, and provides a robust set of recruitment analytics on the backend.
