Having been voted the best cloud computing company to work for by Forbes and one of the best SMB places to work by Glassdoor, AppDynamics were looking to continue their rapid growth organically through employee referrals, focused primarily on hard-to-fill software engineer positions. After growing from about 200 employees to nearly 1,000, AppDynamics went on to be acquired by Cisco for $3.7 billion.
